People with anorexia are often perfectionists and overachievers. They’re the “good” daughters and sons who do what they’re told, excel in everything they do, and focus on pleasing others. But while they may appear to have it all together, inside they feel helpless, inadequate, and worthless. Through their harshly critical lens, if they’re not perfect, they’re a total failure.

I pretty much read all day…nothing too exciting. Plus, my camera battery was dead and I never got around to charging it.

A Prayer For Owen Meany has taken over my life (for the time being). It has consumed me. Summer homework will be the death of me. I read 150 pages today. I’m at page 450 out of about 630. I just want to be done with this book and this stupid assignment so I can enjoy my last few days of summer.
I’m pretty sure I’m going to burn this book after we are done discussing it in class. I need to kill it with fire ASAP.
So, I messed around with light writing today. I never really tried it until now. I was pretty pleased with my results…for the first time trying it. I have some ideas of what to do with it now, I just need to find my flashlight. I was using the flashlight app on my phone. It was nifty, but I think I real flashlight might do the trick.
I babysat my little cousin in the morning. UGH. We went to some family friends’ house. There was a cute saying that I don’t remember what it said stenciled infront of one of the houses there. I took a picture of it (last picture on this set). Then we ate and went to Forum Shoppes where I found the ring of my dreams at BCBGMaxAzria. Fun stuff.
